Welcome to our beautiful, remodeled and spacious 4/2 private pool home in Largo. Our place is located by shopping malls, restaurants and less than 5 m to Indian Rocks Beach or 8 m to Clearwater Beach. Whether you choose to spend the day on the beach or exploring the area; then enjoy the evening on the patio by the pool and grill dinner, the options for making memories are endless. End the day with a movie on one of the Roku TVs.

As you enter the front door, there is a fully screened 30 x 10 porch with a large Pottery Barn sectional for some quiet time or relaxing with your favorite beverage. On one side of the house are two queen bedrooms with a full bath and tub. The sprawling living room is center of the house with a king master suite and a huge twin bedroom on the opposite side. Plenty of room for everyone!
The pool area is fabulous! The huge screened in area has a 14x36 ft rectangular pool a dinette set and a lounge/loveseat for hanging out. There is a gas grill and a couple of beach chairs for lounging in the Sun....
We provide Beach gear including chairs, and umbrella as well as a cooler. The beach is a quick drive of less than 10 minutes depending on traffic. The teal and turquoise Waters and the white powdery sand await you and your group for a fabulous day by the water. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink along the Coast.

Great stay - quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful time during our week. Great location away from the hustle of Clearwater - but close enough for my kids to get to their day camp at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. We loved winding down in the pool in the afternoons/evenings. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Great property

This was a great house for our group. We were conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shopping and different things we wanted to do in Tampa, Clearwater all the way down to St. Pete. Property manager was very prompt in getting back to us when we had questions. Pool was great.
