It’s fine.

Best part was being on the beach and location. Cleanliness of the condo could definitely be improved. Also would have been really good to know that the property DOES NOT allow children under 16 to use the hot tub, and there are people patrolling that. Two out of our four kids couldn’t use the hot tub at all. We would have chosen a different place had we had known that.

Summerchase 2024

Wonderful location and nice and quiet (except to for the garbage pick up at 4:30). The place needs some updating, especially paper thin sheets and not enough pillow cases. Very well equipped. Master bath shower would not drain properly, reported this and no one came. Chandelier in dining area flickered constantly to the point of not of not wanting to use it. The entire complex was very welcoming to snowbirds and great opportunities to participate in many activities.

Clean Condo, Good Location

I read the reviews before booking and two of the six reviews said they had trouble with the keypad. With a third of the reviews mentioning the same problem, I thought surely they would have that problem solved. They did not. We stood in the 90 degree heat trading text messages with the host until they finally gave us a code that worked. Also, there was not a parking pass in the condo. After a few text messages, they said they would send one out the next day. The next morning, a ticket was on my car. It said they would be back in an hour to tow my car. More text messages and they said they would contact "someone. The last thing I wanted was the stress of waiting to see if my car would be towed, but that's what I got. However, the condo is clean, well stocked and in the perfect location. If you don't mind the hassle of trying to get in the door and the possibility of having your car towed to places unknown, it's a good condo.

Great vacation

Clean property with the amenities that are needed. Perfect location and comfortable furniture. Loved being on the second floor. Access to beach and car was great. Didn’t even use the elevator after the first day. Stairs were so convenient. Enjoyed our week!
