The Stockton Beach House is one of the most prestigious buildings in Wildwood Crest. Enjoy the luxury and comfort of an exquisite 2 BR, 2 BA unit in one of the best locations in town. This stunning luxury high rise building is located directly ON the ocean front in the southern part of beautiful Wildwood Crest, NJ.

You are OCEANFRONT here. Oceanfront heated pool? Got it! Gas grills? We have them too! Kiddie pool, hot tub? Yes, and yes! There is a beautiful paved pool deck with comfortable furniture and awesome ocean views. Elevator building. The secure lobby is accessed by a keyed passcode. Two car private reserved parking in included with each unit. Private storage unit with beach gear - beach cart and beach chairs are included here. Less to pack, more time for fun!

RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES ONLY. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS, AND NEVER TO 'UNDER 25' GROUPS. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE!

*CHECK IN TIME - 4 p.m. CHECK OUT TIME - 10 a.m.
*Renter will provide his own LINENS, TOWELS, PAPER PRODUCTS, and basic kitchen supplies like trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, a kitchen sponge, personal products, etc.
*LINENS NEEDED - 1 QUEEN; 1 FULL; 1-2 TWIN. (There is a blow up air mattress here which you might use for an extra child.)
* PARKING: 2 reserved parking spaces underneath the building. Additional cars will need to find non-metered street parking further back from the beach.
*Comcast high speed wireless INTERNET access and Comcast digital cable.
*GAS GRILLS are provided by the pool
*4 BEACH CHAIRS and other miscellaneous beach gear is available for guest use in your private locked beach storage room
* Outdoor rinse shower by the pool.
* NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDOMINIUM!

Great location, neglected maintenance

The property is in a good area, right on the beach, very quiet, not a lot of traffic. It isn’t close to a lot of restaurants or things to do but that was OK with us. There is a park with splash pad that is 2 blocks away. My biggest complaint was the condition of the property when we arrived. The sliding door to the balcony had a broken handle. The handle to open and close the door on the outside was hanging on by one screw. It did not lock from the inside. I have a toddler and was left feeling very uneasy about not being able to secure the door. I notified the property manager right away and was told that they were aware of the issue and it would be weeks to months before the new handle arrived. I asked for a solution in the meantime, such as a wooden block to keep in the frame. They first told me that my concerns were “irrational” before agreeing to inquire about something to keep in the door. Ultimately I never heard from the property manager after that, and just gave up as we were only staying a few days. For a known problem requiring weeks to months to fix, you would think they would have done something about it. The property was also pretty dirty upon arrival. There are some linens that stay in the rental (bed quilt and blankets) and they were clearly stained. There were toothbrush holders in the bathroom with a thick film at the bottom. If you have commonly used items that won’t be cleaned after each visit, I would just remove those items completely.

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condo- the space was beautiful and as described. It was nice to be able to have a primary room and bathroom, which was difficult to find in the area, as well as a full kitchen! The kids fit well in the second bedroom and we were happy with the location. Being right on the beach was such a bonus! The space was wonderful and the furniture was comfortable !
