Welcome to the Sweet Spot! E. Magnolia Ave. and the Beach! In-ground Ground Heated Pool! All the comforts of home. This beautiful three-bedroom, two bath condo is steps from the beach and boardwalk, and conveniently located between the two largest of Morey's ride and water park amusement piers. Everything that the children want to do and see is right up the street.

This property has an in-ground heated and professionally maintained pool with pool side furniture and gas grills. There is an outdoor hot/cold "rinse" shower in the back yard too. This tastefully furnished condominium comfortably accommodates a family of up to 10.

Other amenities include reserved garage parking for two cars and a private locked storage area for your beach gear. Save money and stay healthy by cooking your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen that offers all the conveniences that you are used to having at home. Two association-maintained gas BBQ grills are provided next to pool for quick meal prep too. This is a "family oriented" condominium complex, renting to families or extremely mature adults only. No group rentals. No exceptions!

RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES ONLY. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS, AND NEVER TO 'UNDER 25' GROUPS. This is a family oriented condominium complex.
*CHECK IN TIME - 4 p.m. CHECK OUT TIME - 10 a.m.
*Renter will provide his own LINENS, TOWELS, PAPER PRODUCTS, and basic kitchen supplies like trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, a kitchen sponge, personal products, etc.
*LINENS NEEDED - 3 QUEEN; 1 FULL; 2 TWIN
* PARKING: 2 reserved garage parking spaces. Additional cars will need to find street parking further back from the beach where the streets have no meters
*Comcast high speed wireless INTERNET access and Comcast digital cable.
*GAS GRILLS are provided by the pool
*4 BEACH CHAIRS and other miscellaneous beach gear is available for guest use.
* Outdoor shower. Small back yard. Private locked storage room.
* NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDOMINIUM!

Overall Great Place!

This satisfied all our needs for a family stay and we had a great time! The pool was a little smaller then the pictures depict, but that is expected. It was roomy and comfortable! Location was amazing as it was very close to the boardwalk and beach ! Check in was very easy . Only cons were that soon as we arrived we let our baby crawl while we unpacked, after a few minutes his legs were black from dirt/dust from the floor. Seems those weren’t clean . There was a constant fruit fly which we couldn’t determine why but possibly the dirty bottom of the recycling can. The toilet seat in master bedroom was broke, however soon as I emailed the company they had someone come fix it the next day (however we were not advised someone was coming lol ) .Our unit had the smallest garbage/recycling cans from all the units so we had overflow and had to use others. These “cons” are easily fixed and should not deter anyone as I believe they will be fixed and the place is so great otherwise!

Location was perfect!

we were in town for the music festival so this was perfectly within walking distance!! wish the description would have noted it was a top floor, that was a bit of a challenge carrying luggage up flights of steps. and even being on the top floor, you can here everything happening below - when kids are running up and down the halls. not to mention having to supply our own linens, considering we flew in from another city - that was a bit of an inconvenience and added expense. overall, great stay though...
