This lovely home is brand new to the rental market and offers warm and cozy surroundings.
The large master suite has wooden floors and is fitted with TV, a king bed and plenty of closet space. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower and separate bathtub and toilet.
There are a further 2 queen rooms and a den with futon/sofa bed located at the front of the house. All these bedrooms are carpeted and have flat-screen TV’s.
The den and one queen room share the Jack n Jill bathroom with sink, shower and tub combo and toilet. The 2nd queen has it's own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The 4th bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and is located towards the rear of the house making it convenient for the pool and patio.
The main living space has tiled flooring is tastefully decorated with large flat screened TV and sliding doors leading out to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make full meals or snacks which can be enjoyed in the dining area of the kitchen, breakfast bar or out by the pool. The pool & spa can be heated at a cost of $45/day.
There is high speed Wifi throughout the house and a washer and dryer for your use, offering every convenience you need. You can spend some quiet time soaking up the sun on your private patio with pool and spa but if you want a little bit more action, head on over to the Clubhouse where a pool, hot tub, private beach area, volley ball, movie theatre, gym, kids playground and game room await you.
You truly feel like you are staying in a resort but you have the luxury of your own home to enjoy as you please.
This home is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and all the fun of the theme parks.
We also offer a grocery delivery service. You send us the list and we charge a fee in addition to the purchase amount for the delivery to be received at your door. Ask for more information with us!

There’s a $99 resort fee that needs to be paid separately before entering the house. Please note that we have fees for pool heating and BBQ grill. Let us know if you have any questions.
HOUSE RULES:
1- Please do not smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit. You are only allowed to smoke around the Resort area (not in the gym!), outside in the street or in the driveway.
2- Checkout must be on time. We usually have other guests coming and you will be charged a fee for delaying the cleaning team – which is already around the house at 10am. If you need a late checkout for any reason, you can request at least 1 day earlier and we will send you the $70 fee for more 2 hours inside the house. More than 2 hours is charged as a full day.
3- Please leave the place as tidy as possible. If it is very dirty and damaged - and we take pictures of everything - we will need to charge for a deep cleaning that is needed to be paid for the cleaning team.
4- Please avoid leaving stains on the towels or linens such as from makeup, blood or any other type that is not possible to be removed. We might charge you for the damaged towels if we are unable to clean it.
5- In case you’re staying in a house with either a pool and/or a jacuzzi, please feel free to request for heating. The cost is $45 a day and if you are staying 10 days or longer, we can give you a discount. Please note that we charge a minimum 3 nights fee for the pool heating.
6- There is also a $70 fee to use the BBQ for the cleaning team. After the stay we receive pictures of the BBQ grill as procedure and we can charge you later if it shows it has been used (dirty). We do provide the propane tank for the grill, but we don't refill it. Guests should provide it by themselves if needed.
7- The A/C should not be set below 72F. We further recommend that all doors and windows be kept closed during the period of your rental. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the A/C system to become inoperative.
8- If you need something to be fixed, towels or any type of unexpected need, we can send a handyman to provide or a technician to make an emergency repair during your stay. Communicating we can solve any issue you have.
9- The security deposit will be refunded 5-7 business days after check out. This is a necessary measure to prevent guests from leaving without paying when they break, stain or permanently damage objects or furniture in the house.
*We do not provide wash clothes anymore (It is considered as a personal item).
All Pets are welcomed and we only charge a $150 fee. The guest must inform us if they will bring a pet so that we can send the request.
We just want to inform our guests that if your pet pees or poops inside or outside the home , a minimum fee of $300 for carpet cleaning will be required. We know that most pets are trained so shouldn’t be an issue but If you agree to this you can book anytime.
*Friendly reminder 1: It is not allowed to leave the pet on the beds, comforters or sofa.*
*Friendly reminder 2: We recommend keeping your pet on the first floor, where there is no carpet in any of the rooms to avoid accidents.*
