This beautifully updated home is situated in the perfect Kill Devil Hills location which is an easy walk to the beach, Hayman Park, Bay Drive walking trail, and restaurants and shopping.

Nestled among the live oaks, this home boasts two huge decks on the front of the home and a lovely balcony off the primary bedroom for enjoying your morning coffee. Enjoy lounging on the sectional and watching TV. Eat a meal in the breakfast nook after preparing it in the pristine kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan and cathedral ceiling throughout the living room and dining area make this home comfortable and perfect for entertaining. At night, rest easy in one of three bedrooms.

This home has been completely renovated with two updated bathrooms, new hardwood flooring, a renovated kitchen, and new paint throughout the interior and exterior of the house.

Well located, clean and convenient.

The house is well maintained and very comfortable. The open kitchen is well equipped and very convenient for a summer week holiday. There is a bathroom outdoors next to the garage which is very convenient for when you return from the beach and provides some optionality to the other 2 bathrooms in the house. There is room for improvement on the bbq area, as the grill is very small and charcoal only, difficult to use for the full family. We had a good experience with my son and his friends, despite there is a camara downstairs (in the garage) and the owner complained about us trying to break into his personal closet, which we did not. Vacasa was good solving the issue, but it was not a pleasant experience to be accused of something we didn't do and to feel we were observed all the time. Despite this incident, I recommend the house as a good option.

Beautiful home, great location!

A beautiful home that I could walk to either of the ocean, or the intercoastal that had a public dock with a gazebo. The interior decorating is very cute. Love the living room set! Unfortunately the beds are not that comfortable. And if you have a dog under 40lbs the fenced in yard is not secured. Very big gaps. You will have to leash your dogs to go to the fenced in yard area. An if it rain’s be careful stepping onto the back wooden area by the fenced in part, it was extremely slippery.

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as listed and located close to anything you could need. We enjoyed having the fenced in dog yard as well. The only negative thing we can say is that we had to pick up the yard when we arrived because the previous people did not pick up after their dog. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfortable, and it was overall a great choice and we would book again!

Quiet road in a nice location

Upon arrival the house was nicely cleaned, some dust in spots that you wouldn't think to look but our 11 months old made sure to find. The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, though I do wish there was a gate closing off the driveway as you're getting them into the yard. I appreciated the abundance of supplies such as dishwasher tabs and laundry pods. The stick vacuum did not work on the rug which was a bummer as my 3 dogs shed a ton and we have a crawling baby. We did have an issue where the batteries of the lock died and it took about 20 hours to resolve which meant we had to decide between not leaving the house or leaving the house unlocked with our belongings and our dogs inside. I wish it would have been resolved faster. Overall, it was a very nice stay with only minimal suggestions for improvements. We would stay here again.

RELAXING

We were weary, based on the reviews of the place, needing to be cleaned. We reached out to Vacasa previously and they assured us that it would be clean. When we arrived, it met our expectations; the house was clean, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. We were pleased with the house and amenities.
