You'll never miss a moment of the sun and waves here, as the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, the primary bedroom, and the kids' room all have picture-perfect ocean views. It's a scene you can take in as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon happy hour relaxing by the sea.

Inside, find designer decor and all the comforts of home. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line kitchenware. Other features include TVs in every room (including big-screen TVs in the den and primary bedroom), high-speed WiFi, a children's game system, a game table, ceiling fans, and a jetted bathtub.

Sandbridge Beach is just the beginning for beach buffs, with great golfing and shopping areas close by. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
