Kick off your shoes and relax in this beautiful condo decorated with your comfort in mind. Bring the provided chairs and umbrella to the lifeguarded beach across the street, and come home to lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Inside, the open floor plan includes a custom kitchen with granite countertops and accessories to make your stay as easy as being at home (including a Keurig coffee maker). Enjoy ceiling fans in every room, a 60-inch plasma TV in the living room, TVs in all of the bedrooms, a VCR/DVD player, a deck with patio furniture, and a foosball table for your at-home entertainment. Free WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer are provided as well.

This gated complex is located in the heart of Sandbridge, offering easy walking access to the beach, the local market (equipped with anything you may have forgotten), restaurants, and seaside shops. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.
This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
