We always appreciate any reviews that our clients post on VRBO. The client above states that the rental was miles away with no shuttle, we encourage all inquiries to contact Wyndham Bonnet Creek to confirm, that there is a courtsey shuttle that will transport to all Disney properties and to confirm that the resort is mere minutes from the gates of Disney World. Our listing does not state that there is a grocery store on site, but there is a Super Wal-Mart just 10 minutes away from the resort. We like to handle all of our client communication via email for the purpose of any discrepancies that should occur between renter and rentee. The original dates booked and the final dates booked and paid for were the dates we had agreed upon in prior email communication. After the original request was finalized, the renter then wanted to add an extra night to the end of her stay, however the date she wanted to add on was not available and that information was sent to her via email. We apologized that we could not accommodate the extra night she wanted book. We never heard anything else from the renter until she attempted to charge back her vacation, but was not sucessful because of the email history we had between us. Bonnet Creek is an outstanding property with many great amenities and benefits! We welcome anyone to contact us with questions or concerns regarding this response.
