This will be the perfect starting point for any vacation, whether you have come to hit the beach from sunup to sundown, check out local restaurants, or simply relax at home base.

When you find yourself kicking back at home, head out to the furnished deck, and soak up some vitamin D as burgers sizzle on the gas grill nearby. There is plenty of seating for everyone to dine alfresco and watch the sunset reflect off of the calm canal waters below, yet you can also head inside and prepare a formal meal in the full kitchen. With modern appliances, beautiful countertops, and island seating, the chef will feel right at home preparing tasty recipes. Plus, when it is time to settle in for the night, the living area boasts plush furnishings and a large TV to keep everyone entertained as the sun goes down.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
