SAFETY
The home is protected by audio and video surveillance at the main entrances outside of the home. Contact the host if you have any concerns or questions and would like further explanation.

With the exception of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, the office area (both locked), the fireplace in main living room, and the boat/boat lift, the entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

We are here for you during your stay, or we can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, We are only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Quiet boating community in the hidden gem area of Apollo Beach just south of Tampa.

You can park in the garage or in the driveway. Do not park or drive in the grass as you may damage sprinkler heads.

Its important to note that although we are located within a 50 mile radius of Tampa, St. Pete, Brandon and Clearwater, please make sure you account for traffic when heading to any schedule events.

Located in Apollo Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. David Falk Theater and Henry B. Plant Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Florida Aquarium and Manatee Viewing Center. East Bay Raceway Park and American Victory Ship Mariners Memorial Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Relaxing and Inviting Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Kari and Dee were excellent hosts, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was provided for us, and we were well taken care of! Kari was very responsive with any questions, and their restaurant recommendations were spot on! It was very refreshing not having to worry about having to go to the store for any supplies that we would need, and we were truly able to enjoy our vacation! I loved how everything was labeled, which made turning off lights or finding dishes very helpful! The home was very comforting and inviting, and had great energy! Our kids loved the pool, and our son really enjoyed fishing off of the dock. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, and was in a great location close to stores and restaurants. Staying here felt like we were at a friend’s house, and not a rental! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

What a fabulous gem in Apollo Beach

Kari and Dee are great hosts! The home was comfortable, clean and inviting. The pool along with fishing in the canal was top notch! Everything in the home was to perfection. Would definitely book again! Thank you guys!

Home away from home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. House is set up really well for a family to enjoy. The pool and outdoor area was our favorite. Host communicated very well and are helpful with any questions we had. They made a map of the area with things to do and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

We both tend to be very positive people who love the outdoors, love our remote work lifestyle, and try to stay as active as possible bettering ourselves each day.

We have two homes in Florida that we enjoy renting either individual rooms or the entire home when able: A 6 bedroom in the Disney area and a 3 bedroom on the water in Apollo Beach south of Tampa.

In an effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we ask you contact us as soon as possible with any questions or concerns so we can address them immediately. In addition, we welcome ideas on ways we can improve for future guests.

We prefer to keep most non urgent communication in the platform used to book, but texting or calling cell phones is preferred for emergent situations.

Come take advantage of our dream home featuring three sets of large sliding glass pocket doors overlooking a lanai-covered salt water pool all white walls, painted ceilings, and inspirational message decals or paintings and smart devices such as Alexa controlled thermostat & lights, fire stick TVs, & and audio and video security system cameras around the outside of the home;

If you are looking for a place to be able to get out on the water, you can use the kayak and/or paddleboard right off of the pier into the canals leading out to Tampa Bay, book a fishing charter, or rent a jet ski.

If you are looking to be active off the water, you can meditate or practice yoga from inside the house with a wondaful view, work out in the gym in the garage, enjoy a 2-mile walk or bike ride to Apollo Beach, play tennis at the local Racquet ball club, visit award winning beaches within 45 minutes-1 hour, spend a day at Bush Gardens, Disney, Universal, LEGOLAND, or go on a shopping spree at one of the outlet malls or indoor malls around the area.

The home is truly spectacular with 3 sets of massive sliding glass pocket doors that open up to the huge covered deck and screened in lanai keeping the bugs and mosquitos away while giving you a unique feeling as if you are living outside and one with nature day and night. If that weren't enough, you have a gorgeous view of the refreshing pool, blue sky, swaying palm trees, and even occasional visits from dolphins feeding down the canal off the dock.
