Great View, Good Location, Needs some updates.

The view from this property is for sure the best part! You can see the beach, boardwalk and lagoon from the balcony. We saw a small alligator in the lagoon multiple days in a row which was cool. It was clean, however my 10m old was good at finding the dirt and trash that was left under the rug and couch. They only give you 6 towels and washcloths so plan on doing laundry. There isn’t a lot of room in the living area, which is kinda a bummer. We had a hard time getting the Wi-Fi and TV to work until we reset the Wi-Fi, I tried to message the owner and never got an answer. We had the cops knocking on our door one day looking for someone who apparently had their address listed there, they were super nice and didn’t ask many questions when we said we were renters. It’s about a 10-15minute walk to the beach, there is a shuttle than runs were specific hours during the day. The boardwalk is closed from 11-5 so super late or early walks on the beach. Location is good, it can be a pain to get out but wasn’t bad. Not sure that I would rent there again as my family is used to beach houses with their own pool on the ocean, this was a last minute trip so it worked out okay. Definitely could do some things to make it more pleasant but not horrible.

Last minute trip

We had previous plans that were canceled and we decided to take a trip to the beach. We were very lucky that we found a place within less than 24 hour notice. The unit was clean, just needs a little updating, but we enjoyed the stay.
