This amazing home is everything you need for your vacation. With plenty of room for your whole family and only 3 minutes walking distance from the beach, you could not ask for anything more. This home has four king size beds, and one double bed and 4 full bathrooms. With a deck on the second and third floor, you can see the beautiful sunsets we have at the Crystal Coast. The first level has a game room with a ping pong table for the kids to occupy themselves. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The master bath has your Jacuzzi tub to relax at night after your relaxing day at the beach. Book today and see what the Crystal Coast has to offer.

Golf Cart rentals are available through Tidewater Carts in Atlantic Beach for transportation to and from the beach.

Sunset Central!

This property is great and has a Beautiful view of the sound!! Very roomy and great for a large crowd with the open floor plan. The property manager was very accessible and helpful!

Short trip to beautiful NC

Went to NC as son is in military and wanted visit to include him. The property is beautiful and well represented in VRBO. Very close access to beautiful beaches and not far from everything. Decks with beautiful views of untouched marshlands. Regarding the property, everything was nice and in good order. No burden check in, checkout. Couple small things that need to repaired like some of the handles on cabinets but all together a very nice place Would return in the future. Would be a very nice property for a couple of families to be together.

Amazing Views!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Bay II. It was such a beautiful and clean home and we couldn't ask for better views. The property is so conveniently located to everything we needed!

Dream House but not convenient to beach.

House was wonderful and comfortable for 9 people. Description was misleading about convenience and close proximity to beach. A 3 minute drive but couldn’t park at the parking lot. Walking was hazardous crossing major highway and was not convenient carrying beach equipment.

Perfect for ALL Families!!

The house is beautiful and is in a great neighborhood. It is exactly as pictured. Our family had a range of ages 5 to 80. Everyone enjoyed the house. It gave us plenty of room to spread out. The elevator was wonderful for folks that struggled with stairs. We loved the decks, especially the one off the main floor. We had breakfast outside nearly every morning. I have always preferred to stay oceanfront but decided to try staying on the sound side. Staying here has convinced me that the sound side is much better. It is quiet, relaxing and offers beautiful views. We did not walk to the beach from the house since we had several people in our group that had health issues, and we had ALL the things...chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc. We chose to drive to the public access by the DoubleTree by Hilton. Parking is $10 per day on Saturday and Sunday and I believe it is free all the other days. I feel certain that the walk to the beach wouldn't have been too far, by the look of the beach access walk. However, I can't confirm exactly how far since we didn't try it. I would recommend this house to anyone. We truly enjoyed our vacation and hope to return here in the future!!
