The Space:
When you enter the SoHa Cottage, using your personalized keypad code, you will find two comfortable living spaces, three relaxing bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a stunning dining room with seating for eight, and a furnished patio.

Do you want to be you own chef for the night? Whip up a tasty dish in the kitchen using the provided spices, pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, and toaster. Do you love BBQ as much as we do? Don't worry, a Weber Propane Grill is provided for all your grilling needs.

After dinner, enjoy your evenings on the string lit patio laughing with your family, and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit.

You can rest easy knowing all three bedrooms and the pull out couch feature memory foam mattresses. You'll be sleeping like a baby through your entire stay.

Other Things To Note:
Please note that the bedroom in the basement is not separated from the basement living area by a wall or door. A room divider has been provided that can be arranged for extra privacy.

There is a noticeable temperature difference between the second floor and the basement. Floor fans have been provided in the second floor bedrooms for added comfort. Extra blankets are located in the basement.

Please do not park in the street overnight and do not use the fireplace. It is not operational. Thank you!

Where You'll Be:
You will be staying only a few blocks from downtown but without the hustle and bustle. The Cottage is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic.

Several wine tasting rooms are conveniently located downtown including 12 corner vineyards, Gravity, and Warner Wineries. Just a few minutes to the north you will find a variety of wineries including Cogdale Vineyards, Fenn Valley Vineyards, and Cranes!
