This house boasts a luxe lodge-inspired design. Vaulted ceilings, rustic wood beams, travertine tile, and hickory wood floors showcase fine craftsmanship. The spacious main deck has a dining table and gas grill. On the lower deck, a private hot tub offers relaxation. This home is near trails for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing and is a short drive from the beach and the slopes of Heavenly.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces offer an excellent flow for entertaining. The living area has inviting mountain decor. Settle in by the stone fireplace with a mounted caribou above the mantle. Enjoy a movie on the TV. Sliding doors offer access to a large deck. The bonus living room comes with a desk and TV. Craft a beverage at the wet bar. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. A large island offers ample prep space and seating.

The primary bedroom boasts hotel-grade linens, a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a TV. The spa-like en suite bathroom has dual vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Extras include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
