This captivating 5-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom beachfront home is a rare find within Milford CT's highly desirable Silver Sands Beach area. The home is walking distance to town center, shopping and dining options (The Greek Spot Cafe), Yale Milford Hospital and Silver Sands State Park. Exteriors include a breezy oversized patio uniquely decorated with Palm Trees, tropical plants beautifully lit with market lights for evening gatherings. Large outdoor dining table, spacious sectional and lounge chairs for enjoying the sun under the Palm Trees. Within, you'll find an open floor plan, stylish coastal decor, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay feel just right! From the Margaritaville frozen machine, to the champagne coops & octopus glasses, and numerous beach games and more, no detail overlooked. Roomy, stylish kitchen brims with natural light, fresh updates, and ten foot granite counter. The five bedrooms, situated above the ground floor for privacy, are unique and ready for peaceful stay.

The best place to stay !

The most amazing beach house !! Very clean , and decorated beautifully ! It was a great house to wind down and relax . Stephanie is super sweet and so attentive . The house was stocked nicely , and the beach views were incredible . She truly was the greatest host . I highly recommend this place .

Love the Palms!

Had a fantastic family vacation at the Palms. You just can't beat the location and outdoor setup. Stephanie and Leo are just tremendous hosts. Highly recommended!

Great little Getaway

Stephanie's beach front home was the perfect moms getaway. The weather wasn't great but getting a front row seat to watch the storm come in from the ocean was also fun! Stephanie provided a ton of great recos on where to eat and what to see. She was very accomodating and super sweet. We had a great stay :)

A beautiful stay on the beach!

I had the absolute best birthday weekend at the Palms. Beyond the absolutely gorgeous views of the water, Stephanie really nailed every detail of the house and had everything we needed. The welcome gift was so lovely too! And she was available all weekend for any needs we had along the way. I can't recommend this house enough! We will be back!

Absolutely Stunning!!

Best rental experience ever. Stephanie is an outstanding host and the property & amenities are to die for. We were so sad to leave! Better in person, the ocean view is absolutely stunning! A++!! Together with our 3 sons Leo, Joe and Kai we are proud beach residents and local small business owners of the super popular eating establishments called "The Greek Spot Cafe" located steps away from the rental property.
Being locals with high involvement in the Milford community, we pride ourselves in building meaningful lifetime relationships with our neighbors and customers. Our mission is to share our everyday "Tropical Oasis" beachfront coastal living experience with travelers all around the world. Silver Sands beach is a hidden gem and we look forward to sharing our Paradise with you!

This property is situated in one of the best beaches in all of Milford and can easily be voted one of the best in CT. The rental home is not monstrous BUT it has by far the biggest oversized patio for entertaining. Completely renovated with modern simple coastal decor and amenities that don't overlook all your needs. The less you bring with you the better, we try to provide everything you need to make your vacation easy and memorable. Truly the most INSTAGRAMABLE home on the strip....
