Poorly Equipped

Manager sent us the instructions for another resort, bedroom TV doesn’t work, dresser drawers fall out, ice maker in fridge doesn’t work, no hi/lo markings on stove top, no paring knife, no sharp knife, no cutting board, no dish cloth, no decent fry pan, no flipper, no cheese grater, light bulbs burned out, no dish cloth, non stick pot scratched, no laundry basket, no scissors. Manager sent laundry basket, grater, dish cloth, tea towel.

Terrible place

When I booked this reservation, the host was not honest about the listing. I booked this location based on the photos of the pools. The location had 4 pools but none of them were open. I was not told about the pools being closed at the time of my booking. I did not find out the pools were closed until I arrived. I was traveling there, when I received a message stating the pools were closed this weekend. The pools were not just closed for the weekend. The pools are closed for a undisclosed amount of time due to hurricane damage. Other places told me up front their pools were closed. My experience with this host was not favorable. She was inconsiderate and condescending attitude with her messages. This building is not a safe place to stay. Upon entering the facility, there was not check in with the front desk. She only asked if I had received check in information from the owner. I stated that I had received the room number and passcode. She then told me where the elevators were and where I should park. This location similar to what I would compare to a Motel 6 with several floors. This is the worse reservation I have had in 30 years. This apartment is not set up for renters. There were only two pots and they looked dirty and very old. The utensils were mismatched and bent. There was a microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. The photos were misleading and dishonest in their presentation.

We loved the place! It was so clean and fresh! The host was very responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was great.

Maria the property owner is great… the property is in a great location for shopping and dining out.. everything was great only thing I suggest is more towels and pots.. I didn’t request for more but if it were my place I’d just add lore.. over all great stay..

The place is very clean and disinfected, it is well cared for and carefully prepared for each guest. The ocean is in front of you, and you can see it from the leaving room and from the kitchen. The entertainment areas, restaurants, pools, gym, sauna are a plus in DBR. You are close to Daytona’s most famous sites. Also, we have spacious accommodations for up to 5 guests. We could accommodate more guests, but a previous host authorization is required.l
