You will find 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor pool, common area and a beautiful nature view.
The space
All 6 bedrooms are located around the pool and equipped with A/C, safety box, TV and en-suite bathrooms. The perfect place to calm down and have some privacy. The interior is a pleasant mix of modern and traditional design, warm wood and indirect lightning.

The fully equipped kitchen offers you all you need during your stay: prepare drinks or food while chatting with your loved ones. Our staff can prepare breakfast for you (extra charge and please give notice in advance) or we can organize a private chef to prepare lunch/dinner for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact our butler for any request.

The large dining table fits all your friends/family and overlooks the indoor lounge area and pool. You can choose if you prefer the area to be enclosed or open all floor-to-ceiling glass doors for a little breeze. The perfect set-up!

The indoor lounge is overlooking the spacious pool and green rice fields, it’s the perfect place to unwind, relax or have some quality time all together.
The second lounge area is located at the side of the villa and invites you to have some nice time together under the stars.

An outside area by the pool can be used as a yoga shala or sports area. You have an amazing view over the rice fields, a nice breeze and can jump straight in the pool after completing your workout!

There's a Gazebo & bathroom outside for you to utilize after the outdoor activities.

Our staff is coming daily to the villa for cleaning, we don't have a washing machine at the villa but our staff can help to assist you for laundry, please talk to the butler on-side if you have time requests for more privacy. Our butler is also happy to assist you with any other needs. We can arrange everything from car/scooter rental, taxi, day trips, food delivery, restaurant bookings to massages and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact the butler if you have any questions.

We will make sure that you are having an amazing stay at our villa and can enjoy every minute free of worries. The villa, it’s surroundings and our beautiful staff will make your holiday perfect!

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in- late we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise it is subject to the villa availability. Late check in after 8pm would be an extra cost of IDR 200000.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast not included but a menu is available in the villa . Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast / lunch/ or dinner, at total grocery cost + cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking. Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of IDR 430k/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : Towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 12 people, but the maximum capacity is for 14 people which means that the 13th and 14th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person.
