This cozy duplex home is perfectly located for your group. It's just a block to town or the beach and boasts a fenced yard, and lovely living space with lots of natural light. As you walk in you will notice the high windows that leave the area feeling light and airy. The open-concept design of the space allows guests to mingle through the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Relax in the living area and watch the cable TV, read a good book, or play any of the many board games the house has to offer. Prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen. Rest easy in the comfortable bedrooms and get ready for another day of fun.

This adorable cottage is so perfectly located that you can park your car for your entire vacation. It's close to the beach, grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and great boutiques.

The two twin beds can be pushed together to make a king.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
