Parking is free overnight and a 2 hour time restriction 8am to 10pm. There are plenty of paid parking lots in the area.

You can walk, taxi, bike and take public transportation to all tourist and historical points of interest from the apartment.

The apartment is located on a 3rd floor walk up and the apartment faces the street so you can see Spruce Street and this lovely area directly from your bedroom window.

We also offer a community coin operated washer and dryer on the lower level.

Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream-colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It is a metal unit that runs across the wall's lower part. There is a knob on each right that turns it higher. After a bit, it gets very warm in there.
