Very Nice, condo walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Courchevel #10 sleeps 6 people max please. Enter the condo from the 2 flights of outside stairs. The main living area features an open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating, a large smart TV, wood buring stove (wood is NOT provided) and a queen sofa bed. The dining room seats 8. There is a fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook meals during your stay. There is one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a cozy queen bed, bright windows, smart TV and closet storage. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom in the small hall. It has nice tile and a shower/tub combo. Take the stairs to the loft and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, smart TV, bright windows and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The loft sleeping area is a cozy knook at the top of the stairs just outside the bathroom. There are two twin beds, reading lights and small shelf storage. No animals of anykind. The HOA does not allow for animals to include service animals.
Courchevel features two common area jacuzzis, a summer time heated pool and BBQ Area. These amenties are located at the top of several flights of cover stairs. There is one covered assigned parking place. 2 cars max please, there will be no accomodation for a 3rd vehicle as parking is very tight at Courchevel. Canyon Lodge is located just up the hill from the condo offering easy access for skiing or return trips from the bike park. A short drive to restaurants, golfing, bike paths and lakes, Courchevel #10 is an excellent location to enjoy Mammtoh Lakes and everything the Eastern Sierra has to offer.
