Sleeping arrangements are flexible, with two king bedrooms and a loft featuring two queen beds. If you're seeking entertainment, Smoky Mountain Reins has you covered. This cabin also offers a game room with an arcade machine and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for family game night or movie marathons!

Best of all, your furry friend is welcome, as Smoky Mountain Reins is a pet-friendly cabin. There is a $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each pet, and small dogs only are allowed. A maximum of two pets are permitted, with a maximum weight of 40 pounds per pet. If left alone on the property, pets must be crated.

A beautiful cabin on a quiet hillside

This cabin was the perfect location. It was far enough from Pigeon Forge and Gstlinburg to escape the chaos but close enough you didn’t have to drive all day to get there. Very roomy, kids loved the game room. Kitchen was huge and the beds were comfortable. We’ll be back!

Awful Management

Cabin location, floor plan, and amenities were all great. Would be amazing place if under new management. Highly disappointed in Aunt Bug’s. 1. Cabin was not ready by 4pm checkin. The company didn’t even send me any contact letting me know it would be ready late. I Called them at 4:30 and they acted like this was no big deal and normal practice to not be ready by 4pm. She told me she would contact the cleaning crew and give me an update asap. Never even called me back. Was almost 6pm when I received email saying it was ready. 2. Cabin was only cleaned to look good at a distance. Lots of dust, cobwebs, actual lip prints on multiple cups, crumbs on counter and stove, and mold on upstairs bathroom ceiling. 3. Upstairs bath leaked. I reported this and they assured me that they would take care of it while I was gone the next day. Supposedly they came and were unable to find the leak, but chose to not contact me in any way to let me know any kind of status or ask more details to find the leak. I had to call again that night to find that out or never would have known if they came or not. They came the next day while I was there and just said nothing they could do right away. The manager Eric told me in one conversation he would contact me as soon as he was in office after being off and he offered to give me a refund of some sort to make up for not being able to use the bath and the issues. He never called. 3. I asked if they had any special checkout instructions, they waited until after checkout time to finally reply. 4. Fusball table handles were broken. Awful customer service
