Other things to note
**PARKING**
-The house can accommodate 2 cars one in the driveway and one on the garage, parking on the street or blocking the sidewalk is NOT ALLOWED.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in provided dumpsters
