The community pool is just downstairs as well, so slip into that swimsuit and soak up some sun. When it’s time to explore, the legendary Flora-Bama lounge is just down the street, and there are lots of local restaurants, cafés, shops, and other attractions nearby.

Inside, you’ll find coastal decor and an open layout, perfect for gathering and cooking family meals together. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime between the dining table and kitchen island barstools.

Unwind in the central AC at the end of a fun day. Entertainment options include free WiFi, cable, and three streaming-capable TVs. Fire up one of the complex’s shared gas grills for an easy dinner, or make your second trip of the day down to the Flora-Bama for a bite - no judgment, you’re on vacation. End the night back out on the balcony, admiring the stars rising over the water and planning for the next perfect beach day tomorrow.

Things to Know
Construction is underway on the outside wall coating project. (South balconies should not be affected before January.) When the southside (balcony-side) portion of the project commences, outdoor furniture must be temporarily moved inside the vacation rental. Noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
