Wouldn't Stay Again
I would not recommend this VRBO. This place was listed as family friendly and sleeps 25, but it did not say it would be 3 different units, A, B, and D. There was also a C unit that others could rent out if they go through the backyard to get to. Also not listed was that you have to pay $15 per day just to park in the driveway.
Upon arrival, I reported that one of the TV's in one of the bedrooms was cracked and not working. They were appreciative of the information, then proceeded to charge me $200 for damage to TV and now are unresponsive.
The house itself was a very cheaply done remodel. Laminate flooring didn't always match up and there were a few places where small nails were sticking out of the ground. The stairs to unit D can't be up to code, as they are of different sizes and slant.
The linens were very old, cheap, and didn't seem clean. The D unit had corn chip pieces on the stairs as you walk up and we found a bag of trash under our bed.
Lots of other small problems. There was a shattered window, microwave missing the handle to open, the coffee maker didn't have the basket for making coffee, hot water pot had a teabag sitting in it that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks, lots of bugs flying around and small ants in the sink. Overall, not an ideal place to stay.
