Newly constructed home in north Jacksonville Beach, located just steps away from the ocean and beach access. This home features several different rental options. The main floor consists of a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment (A Wave From It -B-) that can be rented separately or combined with the main upstairs house to create 4 bedrooms. The apartment has it's own gourmet kitchen and laundry facilities. Large open living/dining area and separate entrance. A Wave From It -A- consists of the 2nd and 3rd floor levels as a 3 bedroom 3 bath option. There is a dual locked interior door that can be open to make this adjoining units for the 4 bedroom option.

The second floor features the main house living area with open living/dining area and access to 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Fully stocked and equipped gourmet kitchen. There is also a bedroom and full bath on this level.

The third floor has the primary bedroom and large en-suite bath with separate tub and step in shower. Also on this level is another bedroom and full bath.

2nd floor deck features multiple seating options and grill. The 3rd floor deck features dining table and awesome expansive views of the ocean. The property has WIFI and smart TV's.

Located in the 10th Avenue North area of Jacksonville Beach, this home is convenient to all the dining and entertainment options Jax Beach has to offer!

Family time

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect and accommodations were amazing. Lots of space and newly remodeled. Our host was easy to get ahold if we had a question. Definitely will be back.

Fabulous rooftop views, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was the next best thing to being oceanfront, offering instead a sweeping 360 degree views, including of the ocean. Loved being able to walk to Jax Beach and Atlantic Beach for shops and restaurants. Property feels brand new, all the latest amenities (don't miss the tub!). Would definitely recommend this property.

Surprise Bday Girls Weekend

5 of us travelled to Jacksonville beach to surprise our one friend for her bday over presidents day weekend. The beach house was beautiful, very nicely decorated, stocked with all kitchen supplies you need for a long weekend. Bathrooms nicely redone. 1.5 short blocks from wide white sandy beach. It rained 3 of the 4 days but still got to walk on beach and relax. Lots to do in the area from open air market, watch the ocean from top deck, to seafood dinners. Only down, can hear the others in attached one bedroom apartment from the kitchen. They were lovely people though. Would definitely stay again. Property management was very responsive with answers to our questions, like wifi info and check in/out process.

Beautiful vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was just redone and is absolutely beautiful. Everything is top-notch. The beds are super comfy. The floor plan is open. It has three bedrooms, three full baths and nice ocean views. We loved the rooftop deck. Great for lunch, happy hour, sunrise and relaxation. Close to everything. Kevin, the host, was very easy to get in touch with and nice to work with.
