You will not find a more beautiful place to stay. Great value! You are steps away from coveted shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the main beach! Brand new build (July, 2022) located in the heart of Grand Bend! * You are renting the upper unit of a 2 unit home. It is larger than many entire cottages in the area.You have a separate entrance and 2 parking spaces and exclusive access to 2 outdoor spaces including a rooftop deck. The only shared space is the driveway. It feels absolutely luxurious! This upper unit has tall Cathedral ceilings in the living room and the rooftop deck is complete with a Bluetooth sound system (play music from your phone/device) and has a beautiful fire table. This upper unit is spacious, chic and comfortable at the same time. You will enjoy the large windows with sunlight streaming in. The main beach at Grand Bend is a Blue Flag, award winning beach with spectacular sunsets. Your rental of this upper unit gives you a fully equipped kitchen ,3 bedrooms, (the bedrooms sleep 8)+ a futon + a pull out sofa. You have wifi, 2 SMART Tv's (you can log into your own Netflix, Disney + Amazon etc), laundry, and 2 exclusive outdoor spaces: the rooftop deck and a bonus deck with eating area and BBQ, just outside of the kitchen. As this is a brand new build, please be aware that there are existing builds on the street and also current construction. Grand Bend is happening and it's the place to be!
Not only is Grand Bend renowned for its second to none beaches, but it also boasts many unique attractions. Modern Living is in close proximity to jet ski rentals, parasailing, night time “glow kayaking”, speedway , golf , local wineries and more! This is a winterized home and tourists love to visit Grand Bend in the fall to see the gorgeous change of leaves, go for hikes and access the bike trails at the nearby Pinery Provincial Park. The Pinery also offers a variety of winter activities including skating, sledding, cross country skiing, hiking and snowshoeing. Come and see why Grand Bend is being called the "Whistler of Ontario!" This is the perfect location for a beach vacation. Very spacious for two families. Very clean!! Jen and Tony answered all of our inquiries quickly and always friendly. Highly recommend!

Welcome to Modern Living! My name is Jen and I'm a mother of 4 and my family and I fell in love with Grand Bend the very first time we visited. We knew we found a gem of a place and followed our dream to design a brand new build. Now we are thrilled to share it with other travelers and families. We hope you experience the joy we do when we come to GB.

This property , called Modern Living (in Grand Bend, Ontario) is a 5 minute walk from the main beach. You are steps away from shops and restaurants. This house is luxurious, stylish , modern and unique. It is a brand new build (July 2022) and has 2 units. Each unit has its own outdoor space, BBQ, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Your unit includes 2 parking spaces. In fact, the only shared space among the 2 units is the driveway. If you are familiar with Grand Bend, you will know that parking close to the beach is golden! This property is winterized and Grand Bend is absolutely lovely in the fall. Enjoy a bike ride or hike at the local Pinery Provincial Park, explore the local wineries and golf at the nearby golf course. Grand Bend is increasing in popularity and being called the "Whistler of Ontario." It has become a winter destination with cross country skiing, skating, sledding, snowshoeing and winter hiking available at the local Pinery Provincial Park as well.

We offer 2 separate rental units here on VRBO/Expedia. You can search for the upper unit listing and the lower unit listing. Smaller groups of 6 or fewer can enjoy a more affordable option in the lower unit. Its price is comparable to a hotel, and this rental is actually closer to the main beach than the local hotels with value added (more space, BBQ, outdoor dining area, more parking, laundry & fully equipped kitchen). The lower unit is a walkout basement and the guest feedback has consistently been "It does not feel like a basement!" This walkout unit has plenty of light and tall ceilings. The upper unit provides the option to enjoy an even more spacious feel and the luxury of a rooftop deck is second to none.
