Your relaxing getaway awaits in this conveniently located Arcadia Gem! Easy access to Airport, Old Town Scottdale, Arizona Biltmore, and Downtown Phoenix! Plenty do at this home for the family. Game room that features Arcade games, air hockey, ping pong, and pop a shot basketball. Peaceful and private backyard Oasis with large covered patio, pool , basketball court, and trampoline. Home features 3 bdrms, open concept floorplan, and fully stocked kitchen. A can't miss for you AZ vacation!

The space
Home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps up to 9 people. Master Bedroom with ensuite bath , king sized bed, and TV. Fully stocked kitchen for those wanting to stay in and cook. Open floor plan with comfy seating and dining area. Game room to provide endless fun with family or friends. Try your luck at the pop a shot basketball or get a game of 4 player NBA Jam on the arcade games.

Backyard features a huge covered patio with sectional couch and ping pong table. Pool has plenty of seating and lounge chairs for up to 8 people. Other fun activities included are basketball court and trampoline. All this in a private and serene setting with plenty of green.

Ideal location with some of the Valley's top dining , shopping, and nightlife just minutes away. Arcadia offers great activities and easy access to golf and hiking.

Other things to note
Upon approved booking you will receive an email notification with a contract and pool safety notice along with other things to know about the home. As we grow closer to your stay you will receive additional information and check in instructions as well via email. We have worked to provide as much information as possible prior to your stay so you can enjoy your time upon arrival.

This is not a party house and no loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. If you're looking to be out of control this is not the place. We welcome our guests to always have fun but it has to be done in a respectful manner as you would in your own home.

ASU graduation stay

Everything was perfect! The house was wonderful! Exactly the way it was listed, my family loved the house, plenty of room for everyone, the poolside gatherings were fun, plenty to do for the guests children. We couldn't have asked for a better house and location. 15 minutes from ASU campus. 2 minutes from stores. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. We highly recommend this house to anyone with a big family!

Met up with sister and her kids for a long weekend. Great place for kids. No need to go anywhere. Saved a lot of money

Needs some work

This house had plenty of potential, but did not live up to uts photos and description. Prior to check in the host was hard to get answers from, some questions were not answered until too late. Upon arrival the pool was dirty with the vacuum left in it, hand prints on the fridge, black slime in the washing machine ring. The ping ping table had no balls, the basketballs for the net were flat, and there was enough toilet paper in the house for one day. It is in a decent location and very quiet neighborhood, but we spent a lot of our holiday running out to get things that should have been there.

Very active in the Phoenix youth sports scene. I spend my weeks working and my weekends in basketball gyms.
