CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Great space. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Lots of furniture for everyone to sit and comfortable beds. Great view of the gulf and east assess to all the pools. Perfect walk to cobalt for dinner :)

Birthday/vacation

After staying at Phoenix West II just the week before and having to buy cleaning products for the kitchen before we could even unload our groceries and bleach for the towels before we could use them I was “ecstatic” on how clean the Caribe was and how white the towels & linens were AND how perfectly made the sheets and quilts were on the beds, ALL of them! It didn’t look like the job of a 2 year old! My only complaint were the noisy side neighbors and on our last night there we had neighbors above us that sounded like they were rearranging furniture well after the 11:00 quite time that kept me awake till almost 3:00 a.m. If I had known who to contact about this I would have definitely done so! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the awesome pool and all the amenities Caribe has to offer! This place including the entryway is probably the cleanest of any property my husband and I have ever stayed at in 20 years of marriage! Ray & Donna M. Nashville, TN

Perfect for families!

We had a great time on our family vacay in this unit. Everything we needed was provided. Close proximity to elevator made getting up/down with littles easier. We’ll definitely book again in the future!

It was nice , the bathrooms could have been cleaner I didn’t like checkout time was at 10:00 am and the cleanup crew knocked on my door at 9:30 waiting outside
