Great spot for large group!

This was the perfect setup for my entire family to stay at for a wedding. We had 8 adults and one baby and were quite comfy. The space needs to stock up on a few kitchen items and things like extra blankets and towels, especially for larger groups. Otherwise, no complaints!

Alhambra trip

Host was great. Timely communication made the stay very easy to find and access. Property was clean and we had plenty of space for everyone. Close to all the places we were in the area for. Would definitely stay again!

The most exceptional stay ever

My family(6) who are from out of town stayed here with us for my husbands graduation and we found it to be the most homey and accommodating place that we just wanted to come right back after we finished the events for the day. The rooms are spacious, the floor plan is nice and open, the kitchen table fits 8 (perfect for how many people we had) and we certainly enjoyed the central ac unit. I want to say even my dog loved it. You really don't have to bring anything because everything was provided, except for food of course. Jay is super friendly and communicative.Very flexible and easy to work with. We were provided with all the information we needed to know prior to booking. Entering the property was so simple with a lockbox. We definitely would love to stay here again!

Great Location and Comfort

This home was fantastic! It was a Surprise trip for our family and extended family to California! The location was perfect for our trips to the Santa Anita Race Track, Disney Land and Universal Studios. The home was spacious and so comfortable after our long days. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. Great neighborhood that is clean and manicured. I will be back for sure in the future.

Lots of rooms

The house is in a great neighborhood and is clean. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and was able to fit my family and my cousin's family comfortably. The central air conditioner was great to keep the house and the bedrooms warm. Jay was great and very responsive. Parking could be a bit tricky since the house's driveway can fit 3 cars, but all in a row, so if your car is in the inside, you gotta move the other cars to get out. And parking on the street overnight is not free and sometimes you can't park on the street due to street sweeping. But Jay was able to solve our parking issue very quickly. Overall we're very happy with our stay and will definitely consider staying here again if we visit L.A. again in the future.
