The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a work desk, a 55" Smart TV, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a large closet, a safebox, and a full bathroom with a "rain" shower.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a full-size fridge/freezer, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, and an electric oven, and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cups, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc.

There is a dining table with four seats and a sofa bed, ideal for two more guests to sleep comfortably with a second Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a second full bathroom as well as a a small interior terrace with outdoor furniture.

*Guest access*

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

*Other things to note*

*There is one cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If you stay for less than seven nights and want a cleaning service it can be scheduled for an additional cost.

*This apartment DOES NOT have a reserved parking space, you can rent one for 150 pesos per night (subject to availability).

*Beach chairs and umbrellas are rented separately for 300 pesos per day or 900 pesos per week.
