The Space:

This luxurious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. Featuring modern decoration and perfectly illuminated spaces, this condo comes with a kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need, including electric stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There's also plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing in the living room, which includes a comfortable couch and Smart Tv. Open the sliding to access the huge and spacious terrace, to find a dinning area with BBQ grill overseeing hundred's of boats and yachts, perfect for entertaining or just soaking in the majestic Marina Views that will make you feel like Royalty.


For your convenience, each one of the 3 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. The Master bedroom features two full beds, a desk, and a private balcony overlooking the marina. The other two bedrooms have a full bed in each, spacious closet space and luxury linens, FREE wifi and A/C in every room.

Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $2000 mxn per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (1600 mxn will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*

The Neighborhood:
Cabo San Lucas main activity concentrates around the Marina. The Marina leads to the famous Medano Beach, which is full of life, fun, and restaurants and beach clubs for those looking to be in the action. The main strip is all about restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, as well as local stores. The Paraiso Residences are located in the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall - just in the middle of both the Marina/Beach and the strip. Being in the Marina it's just a few steps to go fishing, snorkeling, parasailing or just jogging around this beautiful area. In the evening get ready to walk around and enjoy fine dining and Cabo's nightlife.

Getting Around:
Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Getting around the town:
- Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts, where it is not allowed.
- Taxis are available right by Puerto Paraiso main entrance and all around the marina. They can be expensive.
To/From Airport:
- Private transportation is available from/to Airport for $185 USD (1-8 passengers) Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you book it!

Other Things to Note:
LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina & downtown.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.

Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD
We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival.
Pet's Vaccination certificate is required.
Non-refundable $250 USD pet fee applies. 
Last minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
