Settler's Crossing 39 is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that is the perfect blend of a modern condo with traditional ski cottage decor. The vaulted ceilings allow tall windows which provide this home with tons of natural sunlight and a beautiful view. As a corner unit, there's easy access to the path just outside of your front door which is also your ski-in/ski-out access!

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sofabed in the living room. It also features a private balcony with a barbeque.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
