Enjoy an adventurous day at nearby Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, located just a few blocks away at the end of 53rd Avenue North in Cherry Grove. The seven-acre city park is on an island extending into the salt marsh and has walking paths, picnic shelters, a boardwalk, observation decks, a boat dock, and more.

RESORT FEATURES INCLUDE an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. Considering a beachfront winter this year? Finestere has reasonable off-season monthly rates for extended stays from November through March.

Motorcycles, boats, trailers, u-hauls, and golf carts are not permitted. No smoking is allowed on the premises, and pets are not permitted. Please note the property does not have an elevator.

FINESTERE F1 is a first-floor condo. This beautiful condo can sleep up to six with one queen in the master, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area.

F1 Finestere

We have stayed at Finestere several times, however not in F1. We enjoy staying at this complex because it is right on the beach, with easy access to what we are interested in. The main problem we had was with the beds and mattresses. The twin beds in the guest bedroom were absolutely terrible. Our son's, who are in their 20's could not sleep on them. The frames were unsteady and the mattresses were extremely poor quality or either worn out. One son had to move to the sleeper sofa to get any sleep at all. The other one had to make do as best he could. The queen mattress in the master was very poor as well. I have a backache from a week of sleeping on it! When you drive a distance and look forward to a relaxing time at the beach, you Need a good mattress to sleep on. It is a top priority. You should insist that each homeowner provides comfortable mattresses and beds.

Very Cozy Condo

We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect amount of space. The beds were not comfortable at all. The walk out to the beach was easy but there is no view of the ocean from the condo. Other people staying there were very friendly.

Great Condo!

The condo had everything we needed! Thomas Reality was easy and very friendly to deal with! The condo even had a little area outside the front door that was stocked with a beach cooler, beach toys, chair and a boogie board! We were very happy with our stay!

Family getaway

The property was great, we were able to walk right to the beach which was a plus. The inside of the property was clean and felt like a home away from home I will definitely be booking with them again for our future trip.
