Create new memories you will cherish forever at The Blue Lagoon. With over 5000 sq ft of living space across 3 levels, there's plenty of room for the family spread out.

Enjoy the day by swimming in our brand new pool (completed March 2023) or a day of kayaking out on the water with the family, then come home and hop in the hot tub for a relaxing soak!! In the evening, turn on the string lights at the sandy beach area and take in the sunset views of the lake while the kids play in the sand and roast marshmallows by the firepit. Rainy days won't put a damper on the fun at this entertaining home. Head to the game room where you'll find a pool table and arcade that includes all the classics. Or pop some popcorn and sink into the comfy sofas in the theater room while enjoying a movie on the big screen TV.

The Blue Lagoon also offers plenty of options to enjoy the outdoors. Play a game of basketball at the roadside basketball court or head to the backyard and set up the cornhole boards. Grab your drink and follow the stone steps down to the two-story dock with lounge chairs and soak up some sun.

There's no such thing as too many cooks in the kitchen with a kitchen this large. Whip up a quick batch of spaghetti and garlic bread for the family to enjoy during family game night. Gather around the two dining tables or in the spacious living room where you can still enjoy views of the lake from the large picture windows as family memories are made.

Main Level Bunk – (2) Twin over Full Bunk Beds with Jack n Jill Bath
Main Level Guest – Full Daybed with full en-suite bathroom
Lower Level Primary – King bed with full en-suite bathroom
Lower Level Guest – Queen bed with full en-suite bathroom
Lower Level Guest – Queen Bed with full bathroom directly across the hall.

***The pool will be heated between April 1st and October 15th each year to 81 degrees - guests will not have the ability to change the temperature. Contact us for off season pool heating fees. ***

Note: Many of the waterfront properties on Lake Norman utilize private well and septic, this property has a 4-bedroom septic permit.
