The house is family friendly (crib and high chair for infants) and perfectly setup to work remotely while you enjoy skiing and hiking. XBox and Ping Pong table are setup for your entertainment.

Our newly renovated 2,500 sq. ft colonial house beautiful Western decor. The house features brand new kitchen with granite top, stainless steel appliances, furniture (every piece) and a game room. The moment you walk in you are welcomed by the large living room with contemporary sofa and smart TV over fireplace. The house has an open concept with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, wood burning fireplace, a sunroom (loft), garage/game room and laundry room. The game room features ping pong table, gaming table, and board games. The house has central air/heating for cooling in each bedroom making it very comfortable for your stay.

This home is located in Pocono Farms, an eventful non-gated community. It is walking distance and 3 minutes away from the 18 hole golf course, lakes, outdoor heated pool, clubhouse, lakeside grill & pub, playground and tennis court. This area is also prime location minutes from Kalahari, Camelback, Mount Airy Casino, Outlet Mall, Pocono Raceway, restaurants, shops and more. The Villa can sleep a maximum of 10 people (10 Adults). The driveway fits about 6 cars maximum. Perfect entertainment home for gatherings with friends and family. The spacious home is two floors with 2 Bedrooms on First floor and Master Bed Suite on 2nd Floor.

This is an 18-hole golf course. Our front nine holes play past Glacier Lake and through mountain woodlands where spring flowers and fall colors make for an unforgettable golf experience. The back nine challenges golfers with well manicured and deeply contoured greens that demand approach shots to land and stay on the same level as the flag.

The club offers an incredible Art Wall Jr. designed championship golf course and practice facility with a pro shop. The Pro Shop at Pocono Farms Country Club in Tobyhanna, PA has everything for your golfing needs and carries a complete line of golfing attire and equipment.

Our Olympic size HEATED swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing swim or take advantage of several dedicated lap lanes. Restrooms include changing rooms and showers.

(BOATING)

All Pennsylvania State Laws, pertaining to boating, govern the PFCCA Glacier Lake.

The PFCCA lake is limited to watercraft propelled by oars, paddles, sail, or electric motors. Electric motors shall not be more than five (5) horsepower ensuring that the water remains calm and clean. Any watercraft propelled by an electric motor must be currently registered in a state. Per the state law, the registration must be carried on board. All members’ boats used on the PFCCA Lake must also be registered with the PFCCA office.
Limited boat rack rental space is available by application to members in good standing through the PFCCA administration office. An annual fee is applied.

A playground is adjacent to the beach front with a large grass area for game playing and picnicking Nearby you will also find beach volleyball nets, bocce courts and shuffleboard making it a perfect family beach!
Glacier lake is also open throughout the year for fishing, sailing and boating.
There are a variety of special pool & beach events for young members, pre-teens, teens, families and adults only. There is always happening within the Aquatics Amenities.

All Pennsylvania State Laws, pertaining to fishing, govern the PFCCA Glacier Lake.

The lake is stocked with trout and bass twice a year.
Residents over the age of 16 are required to have valid Pennsylvania fishing license with a trout stamp to fish in our lake. In addition, all persons fishing are required to have a valid PFCCA, Inc. badge with the current year’s amenities sticker. Pursuant to our administrative code, extended family members (children, grandchildren, parents) must be accompanied by the resident.
Keeping of bass is prohibited.

The property is on a corner lot and has a neighbor to one side of the house. The rear lot is a wooded area.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are three security cameras actively recording motion and sound. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property. Exterior cameras are installed on Main Door (facing the street), Rear Deck (facing the backyard) and Garage (facing the driveway).

SEPTIC SYSTEM: Most homes in the Poconos are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing.

NOISE SENSITIVE: This is not a party house. We are located in a quiet, family-oriented residential community. Please help keep our neighbors and community happy. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.

***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, loud music or noises. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and/or charged a minimum fee of $500.

***Note: NO Pets allowed without prior permission!! Violators of this rule will be charged a minimum fee of $250 per pet per day.

***Note: You MUST be 21 years of age or older to book the property. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent at ALL times. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.

***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed reservation amount and cannot exceed 10 guests. Violators of this rule is subject to a minimum of $200 per unregistered guest per night.

***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750.

***Note: Rental Property Agreements are required to be signed up with a valid government issued I.D. after the reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. We require a guest list for each confirmed booking

***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm the guest's reservation.
