• Great location in South Lubbock & very accessible to Texas Tech, major shopping and medical needs. This condo features a secluded master suite with smart RokuTV. Living has a smart Roku TV, guest room has a fire stick & all areas have fast wifi!

• Rates will vary depending on holidays, Texas Tech Univeristy activities, game days, graduation, etc. summer rates, concerts, etc. Any major games, concerts, etc.

I highly recommend this perfectly cute condo for your trip to Lubbock/Texas Tech. Despite the complex's appearance, don't be discouraged; our unit was very nice, clean, and cutely decorated.

• The master suite is secluded from the guest room. Quiet with it's own master bathroom.

• The master offers a king side bed.

• The master bathroom has a separate vanity dressing area.

• The master offers a large walk in closet witih storage baskets.

• The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

• The master has a dresser for storage.

• The kitchen offers a stainless steel side by side fridge/freezer.

• The kichen offers an electric range & microwave.

• The kithcen offers keurig, toaster, pots and pans, & utensils.

• There is a bar sitting area at the kitchen counter.

• Stackable full size washer & dryer for laundry needs.

• Dining area.

• Open concept living room, dining area & kitchen.

• Living room has a comfy sitting area.

• There is a desk area in the living room.

• Patio doors lead out to a balcony over looking the pool area.

• Guest room is secluded in it's own hallwall along with the guest bath.

• Guest room has a large closet & two dressers.

• Guest bathroom has a tub shower combo.

All space inside the condo are accessible besides the front coat closet. This closet is locked to store our extra supplies & cleaning supplies needed inbetween guests. Please keep out.

• Park is across the street with a walk/run path.
• Park also includes a play ground area, lake & sometimes ducks
• A gym is across the street with a separate paid membership if you want to join.
• A covered parking spot is included & extra uncovered parking spots are available.
