You are going to love this newly remodeled and redecorated oceanfront duplex. It boasts over 1,650 sq. ft. to stretch out, complete with two large oceanfront decks providing quick ocean access via a new private walkway. The custom-built private stairs are six feet wide making getting to the beach with toys, chairs, and loved ones, easy. Oversized Adirondack style chairs provide a great vantage point to watch the sunrise or a starry night hence the house name Bella Vista', which means 'beautiful view'.

An outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water provides a convenient way to wash away the sand comfortably. The location is perfect for those that want a quiet getaway from the traditional beach vacation. Bella Vista duplex has limited residences, so you can have yards and yards of beach all to yourself.

Bella Vista has four bedrooms (two main suites) and three and a half baths. The top-level main bedroom has its own bathroom with a separate shower and tub. It opens to a private deck to overlook the beauty of the island's sunsets over the sound. The second-floor main bedroom also has an en suite bathroom complete with a full-size shower and tub and direct access to an oceanfront deck. Bedrooms three and four are open to a shared balcony. Bathroom three has a full-sized shower/tub and a new high-capacity washer/dryer. The washer has a speed cycle of 15 mins for smaller loads and can handle approx. 10 full-size bath towels at once.

Completing the home is an upgraded full-sized kitchen with new cookware, utensils small appliances, a new higher-end convection stove, and an ultra-quiet dishwasher. Bella Vista is used frequently by the owners and as such, they have decorated and equipped the house as if it were their primary residence.

Nice home

Thos home is lovely. Well why do I give it a 2 star? The bed in the master bedroom on the main floor is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever tried to sleep on in my life. I almost slept in the parking lot one night to see if it was more comfortable. Other than the bed the home is awesome. Decorated lovely on both floors and the kitchen is well stocked. If the owners replaced that bed I would gladly stay again and recommend but until then it's a NO for me.
