Conveniently located walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops on Tybee Island, this home boasts a screened in porch, backyard, and grill. Your Tybee Island Vacation awaits in this beach vacation getaway suite!

"Gem by the Beach" (Unit A) is one of two units in a duplex. This is the listing for Unit A. Upon arrival to the property, this 1 Bedroom 1 Bath suite is surrounded by a screened in front porch that leads to the entrance of the unit. A living room with a pull out bed and a smart tv, a dining area, and kitchenette span the unit with a King size bed in the master suite. The backyard area boasts outdoor lounging furniture as well as a grill for backyard BBQing after a day at the beach!

This property can accommodate 1 vehicle. There is no driveway to the unit, so please park in the designated parking space labeled "Gem by the Beach Unit A."

A door code to the unit will be provided prior to check-in. Check-in instructions are sent ONE day prior to check-in.

"Gem by the Beach" is located 6 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the back river beach! Grab the island's famous smoothie bowls and costa rican food from Mi Vida or watch the sunset at AJ's dockside restaurant after a day at the beach. This property is in the perfect location to stroll around the island, explore the various shops, bars, and restaurants and enjoy the beach.

Free parking is available at the property to accommodate one vehicle. Once you are settled, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island.

However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants, as well as shops so it won't be necessary to purchase transportation if you do not want to.

Parking throughout the island is metered to the city of Tybee.

Tybee Island summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the perfectly located duplex!! We walked to the beach several days and walked to diner and breakfast several times. We had plenty of room in the house for us. The screened in porch was a bonus with the cute swing.
