A fresh new look and feel! Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Leatherbark. You can walk to the slopes/ski lifts as well as walk to the village, swimming pool, small grocery store or church. This condo is located on the bottom floor and there is a large back yard area as well as a deck and grill. You have an outside entrance and storage closet for your skis and ski attire or mountain bikes, making it perfect for the lack of carrying skis or bikes up and down flights of stairs. Walk right through the back yard straight to the storage closet or just inside a back door off to the side to hang your clothes and store your boots. Washer/dryer, and Boot dryers are also included as an added bonus

Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Snowshoe e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna. Due delle principali attrazioni naturalistiche della zona sono Cass Scenic Railroad e Cass Scenic Railroad State Park. A livello culturale, invece, spiccano Mount Airy Gallery of Fine Arts e Cass Railroad Museum. Anche Split Rock Pools e Snow Monsters meritano una visita. Comfy, nearly 5 star

I really did like the Leatherbark condo for my recent family ski trip, but there were a few things that could easily be fixed to make it 5 star. The beds are comfy, the back yard was great to walk the dog and see deer, the washer / dryer were new and quiet. We really appreciated the coffee provided as we forgot ours from home. Walkable to both Village and Flume gives options for slope access. The minor bugs were missing 2 remotes for 4 TVs, trash under couch cushions found while looking for remotes, and ski storage on back deck that is unlocked, unfinished, and nearly filled with work items. The above concerns may be resolved when you rent this condo and for you should be a 5 star experience.

Nice Yard for Pups

We had some difficulty finding the place due to address listed on site and there is no cell service at mountain. Wish I had checked Vrbo messages about address and check in before we got to mountain. Unit was clean and comfortable other than a little issue with thermostats. We liked the proximity to the slopes and the access to large back yard to take out our pups. Look forward to staying again.

Beautiful renovation

This unit has been beautifully renovated. It was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice thoughtful extras were available, like bandaids!! Great idea.

I’ve had vacation rentals for about 25 years now, when it wasn’t the fad and things weren’t as easy and simple as they are now to rent a vacation home. I have renovated properties, and have sold real estate for more than 20years.

This property is unique because of its location. It has a wonderful back yard area. It’s located on the ground level where you can take your skis off or park your mountain bike straight out of the back yard. Tucked back away from the main village, you will have less noise. However, the village and swimming pool are a short walk away. Short walk to the slope and ski lift. Walk from the back yard and down to the slope.
