The home is just east of the famous, Thomas Donuts and the Carousel market and less than 2 miles to Pier Park. Also, just an 8 minute drive to the infamous 30A. This home features 6,167 sq ft. - 8 bedrooms, 8 1/2 bathrooms, sleeping 26 with Pool (can be heated for an additional fee), Hot Tub, Covered Outdoor Entertainment Area featuring an Outdoor Kitchen, with a Built-in Lynx Grill and Built-in Lynx Griddle, under-counter fridge and Green Egg. Subzero and Wolf Appliances throughout, Full-size ice maker in climate controlled garage, custom bar entertainment area featuring ice machine and drink refrigerator on 2nd floor, and Elevator for use. Bunk beds for the kids and King Size beds for the adults will have you wishing you could stay longer. Enjoy direct access to the beach immediately across the street from the home.

**1st Floor Bunk Bed/Rec Room offers 4 Queen Size Bunk Beds with private bathroom. This room opens up to the Pool/Outdoor area.

**2nd Floor BunkBed Room offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds that shares the Jack and Jill bathroom.
**3rd Floor Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed with Full Master bathroom with soaking tub, expansive large tile shower and BIDET for use along with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful Spacious House!!

From a design and indoor/ outdoor space standpoint, the house exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning and the convenience to the beach was great for our large family. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together. It was nice to have two kitchens and all the extra prep room. The kitchens were stocked with top-of-the-line cook ware. The outdoor kitchen was a blast to hang out in. The kids loved swimming while the adults cooked and relaxed. We loved the location! You do have to cross a street, but we were able to make it across no problem. The beach was never crowded because the house was nowhere near the huge high-rise condos. We had the beach almost to ourselves! Being the first ever family to rent the house there were a few issues along the way. Once we reached out to the property manager, they responded to our requests right away and took care of our concerns. We would stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to large families.
