Cozy Alaskan-themed cabin just minutes from the airport. Step out onto the porch on a clear night and you might catch the Northern Lights! Close to several restaurants, as well as a nice walking path! Comfortable memory foam beds in the loft ( please see pictures to see layout of loft - one big open room ) with a futon bed on the main level. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, games for those cozy nights in, and a smart TV! NO OVER NIGHT VISITORS!*WE HAVE OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERA*

Perfect Cabin stay you need for Alaska!

I'm so excited to review this Cabin, it was the exactly what we had been looking for while staying in the Fairbanks area. #1. It's close to the city but yet deep in the woods to give you that true cabin experience. #2. YES, it has water so you have an actual toilet upstairs, as well as a tub/shower and a washer/dryer! #3. Upstairs, there 2 beds, one king one queen. It's January here now, -40 temps so the host provided us with electric blankets! #4. Main floor living area has 2 chairs and a couch, TV and internet/wifi. #5. Full kitchen, stocked with all sorts of pans and cookware. Stocked coffee bar as well. Dining table seats 4, but has two extra stools for more seating. #6. Outside deck, almost completely private for enjoying the woodsy atmosphere. Nice large front mostly fenced in yard area. Winter: Yes, there is an outside outlet for plugging in your car or truck. #7. The hosts are wonderful to work with and are very good at communicating quickly when or if you need them. #8. Would recommend this place to everyone I know and would choose here 1st if we ever returned.

Cute Cabin in the Woods

We highly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The owners were very informative during the entire process; the inclusion of the Guestbook was a nice touch which allowed us to get the best out of Fairbanks. 10/10 recommend!

Alaska at its finest

This cabin was wonderful and perfectly located. We were able to drive to the Artic Circle, Denali Park, Chena Hot Springs and the North Pole....just an awesome time! There was even a Welcome Basket waiting for us that came in very handy due to our 1AM flight arrival. Highly recommend.

Cozy Cabin

We stayed at Danielle & Jack’s place with my son, his wife and toddler son. Although it was just an overnight stay, we had an absolutely wonderful time. The cabin was everything I expected it to be. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed for our stay! The property is in a somewhat isolated location, just 8 minutes away from the township with convenience stores and various restaurants. This was my first cabin-in-the-woods experience and we only wish we had stayed longer. We loved the “extras” like water in the fridge on arrival and a hand-written welcome note. Danielle even gifted us with a notecard and pen! The WiFi had a strong signal. The loft was furnished with 2 beds and had a full bathroom which was adequate for our needs. The only thing that would have improved is having a WC or half-bath downstairs. Otherwise, it was great and we will definitely return….for a longer stay!

Jack and I live in a large log house ourselves, they have always been a passion for us. We were beyond thrilled when the opportunity opened up for us to obtain Lazy Bear and turn it into a short-term rental!
