A true ski-in/ski-out location! This beautiful, 4th floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath village condo #1416 is perfectly situated in Grand Sierra Lodge directly above The Village restaurants and shops, and just steps away from The Village gondola.

This newly renovated is the perfect spot for your next winter or summer vacation. It's also great for guests looking to change up their remote-working location, with an extremely reliable fiber-optic connection. Located in “The Village at Mammoth Lakes”, everything you need is just steps away. You can walk to the gondola, which takes you straight to Canyon Lodge, and ski or bike back to the building via the ski back trail. The Village is the center of town, bustling with activities, restaurants, bars, and stores.

The living room has a flat screen TV with DirecTV, Netflix, and Chromecast for all your entertainment needs. There is also a gas fireplace and a queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook a homemade meal during your stay. The dining area is spacious, seating up to 6 people at the dining table. The master bedroom features a King bed, as well as a TV with DirecTV . There are plenty of outlets to charge all your devices. Extra fleece blankets are available to keep you cozy throughout your trip. Also on the hot summer days and nights a portable air conditioning is in the living room for those warm summer nights,

The unit is equipped with fiber internet, with Wi-Fi speeds up to 150mbps. If you're working remotely, there's no need to worry about your internet connection. The building boasts a state-of-the-art gym, with cardio equipment, weights, and a Peloton. There is also a guest locker room on the first floor of the complex to store your skis or snowboards.

There is 1 parking spot available in the heated underground garage. If you have multiple cars, there's a paid overnight parking lot located right next to The Village. For those who prefer to travel by bus, there's a bus stop located a few steps from the complex.

Also, If you want to get away from the mountain, you'll be just a couple miles from the Sierra Star and Snowcreek golf courses, bike trails and lakes.

Great location!
Rental was exactly what we expected and easy to find. The location was amazing and only a short walk through the village to the gondola. Plenty of restaurants/bars/shopping right there as well. We'll be back!

Needs some repairs!
The toilette either ran or didn’t flush. The kitchen drawer was broken. The screen in the bedroom was broken, so we couldn’t prop open the window at night unless we wanted mosquitos inside. There was an iron rack with no iron. There was no mattress protector on the pull out couch mattress. The pool had cloudy water the entire week, so kids couldn’t swim. We received a warning on our car when we had to take the parking pass back up to the room for check out (even though that was the instruction). The patio had a thick layer of yellow pollen dust allover it, and was not cleaned. The portable a/c worked great to cool the living room/kitchen, but not the bedroom. This place is not being kept up, and for the price, we would have chosen another property had we known. Being in the village is great, but we could’ve had a more kept up property elsewhere for less & driven to visit the village, since we absolutely would not let our kids swim in the nasty pool!

Majestic Mammoth
This property was comfortable for one or two people. It had plenty of indoor seating for the winter and a nice little patio for the warmer months. It is very conveniently located for all of the outdoor activities Mammoth has to offer. I liked being able to walk to several restaurants, shops, breweries, coffee houses and also a well stocked market. The underground parking was a plus. The gondola is steps from the condo.
