A true adventure awaits you in The Little Mermaid! Enjoy Pacific City Beach at this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome that includes a fenced patio space and bikes available in the garage. Bring up to ten people and still have enough room to spread out. Books, games, and movies are included—perfect for snuggling up to the gas fireplace or get out and explore the beautiful Shorepine Village!

With one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the top floor this property maximizes the entertainment space on the ground floor. A gas BBQ sits on the completely fenced-in back patio. Three bikes and helmets are available to guests in the detached garage. During those hot summer months, take a stroll, or bike ride, down the private paved trail leading right to the beach via a unique wooden boardwalk.

family reunion

We were able to comfortably stay, 10 people, in the Mermaid. It was fantastic! We loved the location and the house. There were some beach toys and bikes in the garage (only two worked well) that added to our fun. We really appreciated the hose by the back door with warm and cold water for rinsing off beach sand before going inside.

Little mermaid

Property was clean and well appointed. Large enough for our large group. Location was good with very easy walk to the beach, parking was good we had 4 vehicles and there was no problem finding parking. The house lacked some seating at the dining table. 5 seats we had 10 people. Kids ate early and the whole experience worked well. Kitchen lacked some expected supplies like salt and pepper. The items were easily procured from the local market and did not detract from the overall stay which was really great. Thanks for making this property available.

Great Pacific City find

We had 3 families stay in The Little Mermaid and it was very comfortable. Lots of amenities, great location, short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Beach trip

This house was great for our short trip to the beach. The location is perfect for walking to the beach & a short drive to town and Pelican Brewery. We love staying in this neighborhood!

Mermaid House

We appreciated staying in a low key neighborhood that had great walkways to the beach. The place was homey and clean, plenty of extras to go with it. Thank you, we will be back.

Sibling vaca!

Great place overall! Only downfall was the locks on the doors are a pain to lock! It was missing a dining table chair and the gate was broken. No hot tub! :( Good location and nice area!

Great location, plenty of bathrooms!

Great location. Lover that there is a little area that is totally fenced for the pup. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs, which would be great for older folks. Check in was a little clunky (directions for parking weren't in email, nor garage number), but ended up working out. Would stay there again!

Great beach vacation

Great location with easy access to the beach. Perfect floor plan for the 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 dogs. We would definitely stay here again. Pacific City is a hidden gem.

Great Beach Get Away! We had a wonderful week with family!

This beach house was very comfortable. Easy access to the beach! There were 9 of us and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Three bathrooms were essential for our group. Three bedrooms were all very nice and beds were comfortable. The living area was spacious, dining and kitchen were all connected to living area so being together as a group was enjoyable whether we were eating, snacking, playing games or just chilling. Two separate patio areas were really nice. A good sized barbeque for grilling. One of our best beach experiences because of the house and beach access!

Family Fun

Overall the stay was very enjoyable, with only minor inconveniences. We immediately ran out of garbage bags and there were no extras, so we ended up buying some. We also had to buy tin foil and zip lock bags. There was no Tupperware, bags, or foil to store leftovers. There also was no salt except for ice cream salt, which nearly was a disaster because a previous guest had filled the salt shaker with it. Ice cream salt is not meant for consumption. Oh! And the downstairs toilet squeals obnoxiously loud for minutes after flushing. Other than these things, everything was great!

Clean cute comfortable beach house

Had a great time with 7 teens & 2 adults for son’s birthday! Boys took over the 2nd floor. Easy walk to the beach. House very well organized, clean, & comfortable.

A Dream

This place was perfect. It is a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Pacific City beach with Cape Kiwanda right in front of you. Quiet place outside of the wind coming off the beach in a beautiful beach community.

Great location, lots of areas for walks and spacious home.

Overall home was spacious and close to beach. We did have issues with the washer that prevented us from doing laundry. They did provide a solution offsite but a bit inconvenient since we had a house full of family. Cleaning was OK but had some spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling in the living room and bedrooms.

Oregon Coast Family Trip

Great property and beautiful scenery. Only suggestions would be to double check appliances. A/C wasn’t working and the oven was acting funny. Also it would have been nice to have extra supplies (I.e. bathroom and kitchen linens, soaps, larger garbage cans and sacks, etc.).

A little small for our group...

While we only had nine people in our party, attempting to get us all seated comfortably for a movie was really tough. According to the listing, there was room for 10, and yet eating together at the table and fitting all into the living room area was really tough, and not super comfortable. We appreciated bikes in the garage but there were only three when the sign said "four."
