Along with the main house, this property also features a separate unit with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and its own bathroom. Access to a variety of resort-style amenities including an outdoor pool, sports courts, lawn games, and a swimming pond will make everyone's moments memorable.

An expansive private deck sets the stage for outdoor entertainment with features including a hot tub, grill, covered dining table, and plenty of seating. Keep the festivities going into the evening around the firepit located downstairs, then adjourn to the property's separate homes to end the night in perfect comfort.

Soaring cathedral ceilings and strong natural lighting create an inviting living space in the main house, with a central wood-burning stove, smart TV, and board games offering cozy comforts and casual fun. Gorgeous countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the beautifully appointed, full kitchen, equipped with everything the home chef needs for gourmet meal inspiration. Enjoy your own private day spa downstairs, complete with a sofa lounge, TV, and spacious sauna. The loft bedroom area includes a dedicated desk for remote working needs.

In addition to standalone living essentials, the garage also features its own smart TV and furnished deck complete with a gas grill for added convenience.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 3 active outdoor cameras: (1) On the tree looking down towards the front of the drive way, (2) on the main chalet front corner eve, and (3) on the garage unit just above the garage doors



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
