Conveniently located with direct beach access. You can enjoy your days by the pool or with a friendly game of beach volleyball, and then enjoy a starlit walk to any of the nearby restaurants for the best food and entertainment the Gulf Coast has to offer! No Check In procedure to deal with or Standing in lines. When you arrive, go straight to your condo, grab your swimsuit then Hit the Beach!

The Sands is a family-friendly resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Son’s Wedding

The pictures do not display the bathrooms accurately. They are much smaller then shown, they were clean and no issues, just smaller then shown. Two smaller bedrooms need darker curtains, meaning some light blockout curtains. Along with the living room. Also the balcony’s are not safe, they are falling

Clean nice location

Building need a little TLC. It was very clean. Good communication. There was issue with the water. Maintains addressed the issue immediately. Was problem with city water, fixed in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great Location

Needed a Deep Cleaning. Location was great. Lot of road noise. 1 night partiers were loud until midnight. Quiet the rest of the time. No comunication with the property manager other than the person that changed filters and she had someone come reattach a stair tread. Basically was as advertised. We were satisfied with the stay.
