Amazing property Spectacular Host

Beautiful property with all of the amenities that are needed to make a great family vacation. A great area close to everything and access to highways for short travel. Super host Sherwin was spectacular with his service and any needs or questions were answered quickly and problems resolved. Excellent service and beautiful property.

Good but had issues...

Very Nice Home. Decent location, Clean and well appointed. Issues we had are this. 1) VRBO Listing stated "Television, Satellite/Cable, Smart TV" however there was no "Live TV" As an example: a local cable provider. We were interested in watching "The Masters" and other live programming during our stay but there was no Cable to do that. That should have been clearly spelt out. For a home with a 85" TV, not sure how that is missed.. 2) We paid for a 'Cleaning Service" upon check out as I'm sure the previous renters had as well. However we were responsible for taking out the piles of Garbage and Recycling to the curb left by the previous renters. We found out that there was a specific way to take the garbage out once we got the instructions on how to enter the property. It was left to us to deal with severe bug issues that had accumulated in the garbage that was not taken out by the Owners/Property Mgr or whomever that had the rental prior to us. That was not a pleasant experience. No mention in the VRBO listing that you had to ensure that garbage was put out on the curb. We're OK with taking our own garbage out but not someone else's. Would rent again but with issues corrected..
