You're in luck as Paradise South offers 40’ of dockage with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean or bayside via Tavernier Creek (15’ clearance). Before you head out on your boat you can fuel up at the neighboring marina and stock up on ice to keep your dinner and cocktails cold.

Within a short distance from the house you will find some amazing restaurants such as Old Tavernier, which has been a local’s favorite since 1988. Enjoy brunch at Made-to-Order and indulge in waffles, pancakes, and mimosas. Swing in Mar Bar for happy hour and fresh cracked stone crab claws. Florida Keys Dive Center is right around the corner where you can become a certified scuba diver or head out for an afternoon snorkeling trip! A quick half mile drive north and you will find Tavernier Towne Plaza which has grocery shopping, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, movie theater and more!
