The space
The property is a 1942 Boynton Beach Cottage. It has 6 beds. It’s very close to the beach. You can actually hear the ocean on rough windy days. I manage 3 beach properties in the same beach area. You get to enjoy the whole cottage all to yourselves. The rooms are small, however nice and cozy. There is a separate cottage in the back with a large bed.
Other things to note
It is a true beach cottage and has Large backyard with a barbecue grill. It will take you less than three minutes to walk to the beach. Approximately 100 yards away. You can actually hear the ocean on rough windy days.
