Village Golf Haven! NEW Veranda with 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath - includes Golf Cart!

This brand new, designer home is located in the Village of Richmond in The Villages. Golf cart is included. And only 500’ from the Adult Pool!

(3) Bedroom & (2) Bath - sleeps 6 with 2 queen bedrooms and a master bedroom featuring a king bed and (3) Roku TVs (55", 55" and 50").

The bright living space is a beautiful open floor plan with a dining room table, breakfast nook, large kitchen, and relaxing living room with a 55 inch Roku TV. The living area opens up to the screened in lanai and private back yard where you can catch a sunset view.

The home is within walking distance to Clarendon Recreation Center (pickle ball, volleyball & tennis courts, corn hole, bocce ball, shuffleboard, family pool) as well as an adult pool just a 2 minute walk (only 500') away!

Additionally, you’re only a 5-minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square where you'll find shopping, dining, recreation & live nightly entertainment!

We are also within a short golf cart ride to a Publix grocery store, The Villages UF Health Emergency Room, The Brownwood Center for Advanced Healthcare and other amenities.

There are 42 Executive and 13 Championship golf courses as well as several Pitch and Putt courses just a cart ride away. You will love the convenience to so many activities and entertainment while having privacy when you return home in this beautiful Villages community.

This is a 55+ community so if there are children in home, please understand and respect the noise level and privacy of neighbors.

Golf cart is included in the rental price; a separate contract is required.

Please note: We have one Ring camera outside of our Home on the NorthEast corner pointed at the end of our driveway recording video & audio. Purpose is to: a) Ensure no garbage is left at the end of the driveway, b) No cars are parked in the street, and c) Lawn care is completed. No other cameras are inside or outside our home.

Great Home

Immaculate new home in the Village of Richmond in the Villages. Very close to pools and recreation center. Had a great stay there. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location 5 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood. Held back one star on overall because this house was brand new, maybe a month or so? Being brand new, the house was not fully equipped . Two things that come to mind quickly are a water hose (had to wash the bugs off the car from the ride). And a nightstand clock in the bedroom. But many other incidentals need to be accumulated. Aside from that… great place which I would recommend. .
